Excellent document. In an entirely rational and professional world, this would be enough to blow it out of the water but what we have is a war of attrition against the residents where the same proposal keeps coming back again – presumably until people get sick of objecting.
Why can’t the Council just dismiss it when it, in no way, fulfils their legal planning requirements?
