Shoal Bay Community Association have put up a new website HERE and are holding their Annual General Meeting 6.00 PM Wednesday 26 September at the Shoal Bay Spa and Resort.  We believe that they have asked the newly elected Councillors to attend.

We will be making approaches to this group, the Soldiers Point group and the groups at Anna Bay to see if we can work together on matters of common purpose as we did with the other groups on our Candidates Forums. We see it as encouraging that some of these new groups are gaining the support of their communities, and each area has it’s unique issues, but with the election of this new Council we will need to unite on some of the common issues to get the clout required to be able to say that we are not just small scattered pressure groups, but that we represent ALL of the community of the East Ward.
