TRRA followed up its presentation to the 15 February stakeholder forum with a detailed list of outstanding concerns about the latest (January) draft of the Strategy.  A further revised draft should be presented to the next forum on 21 March, along with the final results of the opinion surveys conducted by Hunter Valley Research Foundation in early February and the transport traffic and parking study from consultants GHD.

It is proposed that Council consider the final Strategy for adoption at meetings in April.  The community should at least have a final two-week opportunity to comment between the Council Committee and full Council meetings.
