TRRA should be commended for this work which destroys the council’s 53-page strategy document which is now indefensible. Trouble is, if their document is now indefensible the council’s best bet is to ignore TRRA’s critique. This begs the questions….
How will the TRRA force a retraction of the original 53-page strategy?
How will the council’s duplicity regarding building heights be exposed to the residents of Nelson Bay?
How will resident’s true rejection of the proposed building heights be determined, if indeed they are rejected, and how will that be conveyed to council?
Thanks for your compliments and comments John. All the questions TRRA Committee is working on through various means. Updates will be posted on Facebook page Save Nelson Bay from High Rise and links to this website. Watch this space!
